Her Excellency Ambassador Winnie Natala Chibesakunda held a strategic partnership meeting with UNIA Group, a member of the Chemirol Group and one of Poland’s leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery.
During the meeting, UNIA Group expressed its interest in establishing a modern agricultural machinery manufacturing plant in Zambia, covering a complete range of agricultural equipment based on the company’s proven technologies and extensive industry expertise. The proposed partnership extends beyond conventional trade and investment cooperation, encompassing the transfer of technology and industrial know-how under the concept of “Full Spectrum Agriculture,” aimed at strengthening Zambia’s agricultural mechanization and productive capacity.
Following the meeting, Her Excellency undertook a guided tour and inspection of the machinery production lines at UNIA Group’s main manufacturing facility in Grudziądz, Poland. The visit provided valuable insights into the company’s advanced manufacturing processes, technological capabilities, and potential areas for future collaboration with Zambia in support of agricultural transformation and industrial development.
