Mrs Lungu has received plaudits locally and abroad for reaching out to vulnerable people in rural Zambia by providing wheel chairs for those that had none, walking crutches, hospital beds and a myriad of medical equipment.
Mrs Lungu has promised not to relent complementing her husbands work to help the vulnerable instead of getting wrapped up in the trappings of State House.
Mrs Lungu feels vulnerable people in rural areas especially need to get all the support they can get, and she will do her part in helping them as she collects various donations.
